Problem Discovery
Timely Information and Celebration in Onboarding — Critical information and celebratory moments are delayed in onboarding, as users must navigate app steps before reaching important setup instructions and education screens.
Solution: A Digital Quick Start Guide
Create a digital Quick Start Guide to allow for a celebratory experience after QR code scanning, while also offering crucial setup details, ensuring a user-friendly experience, minimizing confusion, and mitigating initial pain points associated with product setup.
