My Role
My role involves translating intricate technical details into clear and engaging illustrations, ensuring that users can easily comprehend setup processes, product functionalities, and troubleshooting procedures. As the Lead Designer for Out of Box Experience (OOBE), I use these technical illustrations and create user-friendly copy while managing the complete life-cycle of product documentation.
Design Approach
My process begins with a deep dive into the product's intricacies, gathering an understanding of the technical nuances and functions through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Industrial Designers. Using 3D modeling software, I meticulously select views and angles that vividly illustrate complex concepts. Transitioning to Adobe Illustrator, I refine these illustrations, ensuring they seamlessly align with the brand's visual language and contribute to an enriched user experience.
